Banquet Hall
Seats 40 to 110 guests

Our open and expansive banquet hall features a garden terrace and a window extending the length of one wall that looks out over the four seasons Japanese garden.

Here, our guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while immersing themselves in the changing seasons, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The space can be adapted to a range of needs. It is ideal not only for wedding receptions, but also as a venue for conventions or as a setting for entertaining international guests.

san-sou
Seats 4 to 40 guests

A lodge, much loved by noted figures from every field, tucked away at the back of our traditional garden.

In the days of Elm Villa, Elm Garden’s prestigious back parlor is said to have been the setting for much of Hokkaido’s political and economic dealings. San-Sou has four private rooms for you to choose from, depending on the size of your party.

Four Seasons Wedding Hall
Seats 2 to 70 guests

Contemporary Japanese design from architect Yukio Hashimoto. Experience a moving ceremony enveloped in views of the four seasons.

The natural materials used throughout this structure give a sense of warmth and calm, while the floor-to-ceiling glass window that extends across the front of the hall gives a sense of openness, letting guests gaze out on the gardens beyond. As well as weddings, guests are also welcome to use the hall for other purposes, including music performances, seminars, or lectures.

Other Facilities

Bridal Salon

The Bridal Salon is where we hold consultations with the bride and groom.Overlooking the Japanese garden, this is a relaxed and comfortable space in which to talk over your wedding plans.

Bride’s Room

The Bride’s Room is a private space for the bride’s exclusive use on her big day, giving her a relaxed environment in which to have her hair and make up done and dress fitted.

Dressing Room

We have provided a dressing room for guests’ use. Those who have travelled far to attend a wedding can use this space to change in and out of their travelling clothes before and after the event.

Lounge

We host arriving guests in our expansive lounge area, where they can relax while taking in views of the Japanese garden.

Lobby

This is where we greet guests as they arrive at the wedding. The lobby is manned by a dedicated concierge who can provide information about our facilities and wedding ceremonies.
